About Us

Located in Summit, New Jersey The Solomon Organization owns
and operates ~22,500 rental apartments in 70+ communities
across ten states. Supporting a true vertically-integrated
operation, Solomon acquires multi-family real estate in premier
suburban markets, and improves short and long term performance
through hands-on management, and through value-add renovation
programs that reposition the properties to lead their respective
marketplaces.

Our History

Solomon's Give A Chance Events started in Albany in 2015. Since then, we have expanded and now host 6 annual Give A Chance Events. We have successfully donated over $375,000 to non-profits across the country and are proud to continue our tradition.
