The Solomon Organization 2025 Give a Chance Contest Official Rules and Regulations

The following Official Rules apply to The Solomon Organization’s 2024 Give a Chance Contest ("Contest”):

1. Participation:
• No payment is required to participate
• Contest is open to all valid 501(c)(3) organizations (submission requirements below)
o Current IRS letter of determination
o Company logo and brief description

2. Entry Period: This Contest begins on Wednesday, October 1st at 12:01 am and ends on Friday, October 31st at 11:59 p.m.

3. Voting Rules: Only one vote per email address is permitted.
o Permitted examples: encouraging others to vote via an email list, social media, newsletter, community events or other grass roots information; creating a direct voting link to the Contest via social media or on a website.
o Prohibited examples: click farming or other practices that use technology programs to create phantom email addresses in order to vote; paying to secure votes from any third-party entities / people.

4. Participants: Odds of winning depend on the number of participants and corresponding votes. The winners are determined by the spin of a wheel and those with the most votes have larger sections on the wheel. There are five (5) prizes: 1st: $10,000; (two) 2nd: $5,000; (two) 3rd: $2,500. Only one prize will be awarded per participant. Participant must be present to collect the prize. Winners will pay all applicable local, state and federal taxes.

5. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted.

6. Winners consent to The Solomon Organization’s use of their name, photograph and/or likeness for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation.

7. All participants in the Contest release The Solomon Organization and their affiliated entities and agents from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Contest and/or acceptance or use of any prize, including without limitation of liability for personal injury, damages, death or monetary loss.

8. The Solomon Organization reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Contest process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, if The Solomon Organization determines that a person or event has corrupted or affected the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest.

9. By entering into this Contest, participants acknowledge that they have reviewed and understand the Official Rules, agree to be bound by the Official Rules and agree to abide by The Solomon Organization’s decisions which will be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to the Contest.

10. The Solomon Organization reserves the right to modify or amend the Official Rules at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.

11. The Official Rules will govern in the event of a conflict between the Official Rules and any other marketing, advertising, promotions or other information relating to the Contest.
