Program Details

Thank you for participating in the Solomon Organization’s Third Annual Detroit Metro Area Give a Chance Charitable Giveaway. The Solomon Organization owns and operates over 70 rental communities across ten states, including 10 locations in the Detroit metro area.

We created the Give A Chance program in 2015 in Albany, New York to support local non-profit organizations and their missions to create positive outcomes in the community. Since then, we have donated more than $270,000 to support causes throughout the country for anything from animal rescues to scout programs to toy drives.

We hope you will join us for the Third Annual Detroit Metro Area Give a Chance Charitable Lottery program. Participation is free and all participating organizations will have a chance to win one of five prizes:

Grand Prize: $10,000
Two Second Place Prizes: $5,000
Two Third Place Prizes: $2,500

Important Give A Chance Dates:

Tues., Sept. 30th: DEADLINE FOR 501c3 Charities in the Detroit, VA area to enter the drawing by filling out the form on solomongiveachance.org.

Wed., Oct. 1st- Fri., Oct. 31st: Voting is open! Visit the Solomon Detroit Facebook page once a day and encourage everyone in your network to do the same and vote for your charity. The more votes you get, the better your chances of being randomly chosen for one of the five prizes!

Thurs., November 13th at 4:30 p.m.: Live GAC Event! At least one representative from your organization needs to attend the in-person drawing ceremony in order to qualify for one of the donation prizes. Good luck and thank you for entering The Solomon Organization Give A Chance Charity Lottery!

Note for Participating Charities

*All charities will need to fill out the entire form including the logo upload and paragraph in order to be considered for one of the donations. All materials need to be submitted by Tuesday, September 30th.
